Awhile back I sent a ~~complaint~~ comment to the Flickr staff about their neglected Mac Flickr Uploadr which at the time was not even a Universal Binary even though the Intel Macs had been out for about 2 years now. A funny and unexpected little thing happened they responded and updated the application to not only a Universal binary but also added a few extra features. All within 3 days from when I sent the message!

So other big companies take note this is how your customer support should be. I was not even a pro account customer then but I just might become one now! Thank you Flickr for being a good role model!
